is no national chemical regulation nor GHS approval in Panama. The closest and
most updated document related to such provisions is Resolución 101/2016,
and this
establishes the information on labels and SDS for pesticides.
Decreto 2/2008 regulates Safety,
Health and Hygiene in the Construction Industry, providing minor aspects to
labels and packages information disclosure for hazard substances (arts. 373-4).
Resolucion 124/2001 is a technical
regulation addressing producers and warehouses of chemicals that pollute the
environment.
