These latest changes, officially unveiled on September 4th, build upon ANVISA's prior regulatory guidance outlined in Normative Instruction N° 103 of October 19, 2021, which laid out the authorized active components in these product categories.
ANVISA maintains a dynamic list, routinely subject to updates, with the most recent alterations encompassing the inclusion of the subsequent substances:
Flucarbazonesodium, Fluindapyr, Ipflufenoquin, Isocycloseram, Penflufen, Tetradecadiena, Tolpyralate.
These revisions came into immediate effect upon their publication.
